At ILoveDooney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return new and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through our portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, including all tags and dust bags, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
